These terms cover using this website and asking Sunshine Coast Grout and Seal for a quote. By using the site you agree to them.

Quotes

A price from a photo is based on what the photo shows. If the job turns out different once we see it in person, for example more grout to come out or damage behind the tiles, we’ll tell you the new price before any extra work starts. Quotes are free and you’re under no obligation to go ahead.

Booking and the work

We’ll agree the day and the price with you before we start. Please have the shower dry on the morning we arrive and leave it for 24 hours after. Anything else about the job, including payment, is agreed with you directly when you book.

Your rights

Nothing on this site limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under that law.

This website

We try to keep everything here accurate and up to date, but the information is general and may change. The before and after photos are from real jobs; every bathroom is different, so your result depends on your shower. Links to other websites are there for convenience and we’re not responsible for their content.
